3. Order and Payment Terms

• Shipping: We offer two options:

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items in original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. However, the following are not eligible:
  • Daggers and knives that have been sharpened or used.
  • Leather work items showing signs of wear.
  • Medieval eating and cooking knives with evidence of use.
  • Tod Cutler/Tods Workshop items removed from original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items, as they are uniquely crafted for you.
• Process: To initiate a return or exchange:
  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days, providing your order number and reason.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and a printable return form.
  3. Securely package the item with the form and ship it to: IronEdge Daggers Store Returns Department, 5006 Ripple Street, Fairgrove, US 48733.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection within a few business days.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that banks may take additional time to post the refund. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you, covering all expenses.
