Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx, with a flat rate of $12.95. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, using EMS. Delivery generally takes 15-25 business days after shipment. This option is perfect for those who value patience and economy, much like the medieval wayfarers.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or unforeseen circumstances, but we track every shipment to ensure it reaches you as swiftly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging—within 15 days of delivery. However, to uphold safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Daggers and knives that have been sharpened or used
  • Leather work items showing signs of wear
  • Medieval eating and cooking knives with evidence of use
  • Tod Cutler/Tods Workshop items removed from their original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items, as they are crafted uniquely for you

This ensures that every collector receives only the finest, untouched historical pieces.

The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange, as smooth as a well-honed blade:

  2. Complete the Return Form: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and a printable return form to include with your package.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, add the completed return form, and seal it tightly to prevent damage during transit.
