We understand that occasionally, a piece may not meet your expectations or requirements. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind, ensuring a process as straightforward as a knight’s honor code.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Please Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Daggers and knives that have been sharpened or used
  • Leather work items showing signs of wear
  • Medieval eating and cooking knives that show evidence of use
  • Tod Cutler/Tods Workshop items that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items

The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Artisans: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Complete the Return Form: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a printable return form to include with your package.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include the completed return form, and seal the package securely.
  4. Ship to Our Forge: Send your return package to:

  5. Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline and Method

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the return is received and processed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
